By accessing BytePOS you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These commitments help us deliver a resilient billing and order platform for every merchant on the network.
OTP Usage
One-time passcodes are used only for authentication, recovery, or mission-critical alerts. Marketing or promotional messaging is not sent through this channel.
Account Security
You are responsible for protecting login credentials, securing devices, and notifying us immediately about any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
Unauthorized, illegal, or fraudulent activity within BytePOS is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in misuse.
Service Continuity
While we strive for >99.9% uptime, scheduled maintenance or critical fixes may temporarily pause services. We will communicate in-app and via email whenever possible.
